Using an induction code at the character creation screen will reward you with EXP bonuses and some pretty awesome starter gear that will make those first few levels that much easier.


Fallen Darkness and Dragon Island are the two most important events in BOI if you want to level any time soon. It is highly recommended that you enter both of these events daily once hitting level 30. Fallen Darkness will be difficult to get all the way through until you have a 60+ group and everyone in the group has level 5+ XP. Recommended group composition is 1 Tank, 1 Healer, 4 DPS.

can you explain me something? why does it matter if you use the crystal when you have xp or not? cause as you saied...the crystal doesen't improve damage it only improves critistrike rate and all the classes crit with their xp attack all the time so you give the same damage anyhow..so why does it matter?

@AxelTheKid is this a recent change? XP did not always crit 100% of the time (if it does do that now)

@laughinmasta12 That happens because you pull "hate" or "aggro" from the mobs by casting your heal spell. It is a good idea to let your tank establish aggro on the mobs before you start healing. Tanks will usually AoE taunt every 20 seconds so you should get used to how their AoE taunt animation looks so you know when you can heal safely.
