Love The Way You Lie (Eminem ft. Rihanna) Cover/Re-Write - Sarah Gies

I can't rap. But love this song so I decided to do something way out of my comfort zone and compose my own melody and lyrics for the verses...

My apologies that the video and audio don't sync up perfectly all the way through but this was the best I could get it to be and believe me I did try to get it closer!

This writing experience is completely new to me and I'm very grateful to my friends David Palmer of Never Speachless rap group (http://www.youtube.com/user/NeverSpeech­lessRap) and Sara Druce (http://www.youtube.com/user/MissSaz26) for all their help in working out the lyrics and timing! Check out their channels on here as they're both extremely talented!

It was strange at first, hearing it sung with a British accent, but once I got over the initial shock and you got more into the song, I really enjoyed your twist on it. Sarah, you have an amazing voice, and it's nice to be able to appreciate it without the background noise of all those screeching DMSers. I could definitely watch and listen to you in the leading role of a musical all evening!

Oh my, this is so beautiful! I love the mix of the r&b-pop-music with your classical voice (not too many pop singers have vibrato :D), and don't worry about the verses, they sound amazing! (I tried to make a melody out of rapsongs, and I can't do it, lol)
