i tend to listen to Radio FIP (France inter-paris)
though there are news items but there all done in a sexy french voice.
and the song selections are always great, though you do need a internet radio, or you can listen live on the computer.

Yes, I think it's this New World Order rubbish. They seem to want us to be cocooned and unthinking, & I believe it's worldwide. Schools don't seem to teach anything worth learning, general intelligence seems to have slumped. I don't really understand why this is happening. The media seems to play to the Lowest Common Denominator. I really can't bear the way the world has become in the last decade or 2.

I totally agree with you about Evans,and have got to the stage where I can't be bothered listening to his nonsence,it is full of PROGRAMME FILLERS which mean nothing and only put in the time.

I no longer listen to the radio here in the US due to the commercials and the host unless it's college radio which commercial free. I go to the library and check out cds now that i no longer have a radio.
