@Quiven8 yes, 16:20 is same time of day as 4:20PM. But, 16:20 is also 1239222000 on the date he upload it in unix time. 16:00 is @685.944 in Internet time as well.

1239222000, @685.944 and 4:20PM are irrelevant. The watch displayed 16:00 and it is only in your drugy mind that you see 420.

@newtubetubetube I don't care what 420 means, that is not the point at all. 16:20 is 4:20 PM in the 24 hour clock and that has been used for centuries. Long before 1971.
