Privatising the NHS is going to cause more anger, more social problems, then probably more riots- we'll see what the conservatives have to say then- that's if their in power.

Since when did Privatisation EVER produce good value?

    Train tickets soared.

    Energy bills rocketed.

Profit driven private healthcare in USA costs each American over $4,000 MORE then the NHS costs each Brit. For that extra cash they get similar staffing levels, a lower life expectancy, a higher infant mortality, 50 million uncovered, millions more underinsured, and health bills being the top reason for bankruptcy and homelessness.

EVERY POUND PUT INTO PROFIT IS A POUND TAKEN AWAY FROM CARE.

We're going to stop this privatisation and competition nonsense one way or another. Look us up (Twitter, Facebook, the Internet generally...)

Profit from healthcare is wrong and leads to shoddy work, corners being cut and money that could be spent on doctors, nurses and medicines going to shareholders'/CEO's pockets. Thew competition comes from drug companies, I don't want competition for frontline services, that inevitably means a reduction in pay and conditions for staff - not a good thing.

Voting compulsory in local and national elections, spoil your ballot paper if you want, just get off your arse and make your voice heard.

There is nothing wrong with profit in health care as long as there is competition. But when there is a monopoly then price can be set at any level.

When you say make voting compulsory I assume you are talking about national elections. I feel this would be more of an act of tyranny using force to compel people to vote is not good.

Everything, ultimately, is in the hands of politicians. Remove the profit drive from the NHS for a start then devolve power to local areas with elected health trusts. Make voting compulsory, if necessary.
