Barney Frank to Griff Jenkins: "I Don't Negotiate With People Who Don't Have Votes"

Then, Griff Jenkins interviews Sen. Frank after the meeting, and asked if he would support a bill without a public option. Frank says he doesn't negotiate with people who don't have botes, "and you aren't one." He also accuses Frank of "cutting the satellite" so he has to file his report to Greta by phone.
