  • I feel like what they're saying goes for adults too. I'm not autistic but I have depression, fatigue, serious brain fog and sugar addiction. I think this diet can help me.

  • @notevenhere Yes, both adults and children can benefit. Donna claims that by simply eating fermented veggies, you will eliminate sugar cravings.

  • A quack? Dr. Campbell- Mcbride is an MD - a Neurologist; with an additional degree in nutrition. There is much more information on her website, free of charge. I have both women's books and I, and many, many other folks have found a combination of their diets to be tremendously helpful. This isn't a competition between them as is evident by their getting together to do a free Youtube video. The principles behind their diets is what people need to understand and spread the word about.

  • To the previous post on animal fats there are much healthier choices. The cause for concern in recommending animal fats is most of the industrial livestock is raised on feed that counters their natural diets. When you are educated in what is truly going on behind the scenes (things they do not want you to know) then your entire perspective shifts.

  • @kimchidressagemama Your empty reply resembles her vacuous work. There's nothing about her work that isn't all over any mind-body-gut natural health program. My diet is quite similar to what she's pushing. What I object to is how she's hinting around at having all the answers in her quack-style marketing approach, when her ideas are actually quite common among diet therapists. What is lacking from her work is the nutritional therapy aspect that complements the bioflora and gut health aspect.

  • @notevenhere I would love to know if this diet DID help you?

  • This is so logical bioligy, so many families will be so pleased to have this knowlegde thanks to one very brilliant women and her dedication . Thank you very much Dr Natasha.

  • @moody516

It doesn't hurt try. And you have very little to loose compared to what you could gain.

  • i've been a paranoid schizophrenic since i was about 9 and was diagnosed about a year and a half ago but no medication seems to work. i've tried about 13 now each for about a month but nothing really seems to work more then about 30 percent. both i and my phycologist are starting to think i may not even have it. though i have all the symptoms. do you think this diet would help me?

  • @AsperGirl Shut up.

  • @nuitgoddess I am not sure that there is a right way to be a vegan (but there are plenty of wrong ways to be a vegan). Animal fats are full of nutrients and can help you absorb minerals from veggies.
