wat kind of baking pans did u use 9in pans? n how many per layers? the first layer looks real tall how many cakes did u have to back.. i am planning to surprise my brother its my niece birthday... my cake is gonna b better than the one he buys lol...

@Heavenlycakes911 I made this cake before and it turned out really nice for first attempt but not nearly as nice as this one of course. My problem was the towers and getting them to stand tall without falling over was is your truck to making them stand so nicely

I made this cake last year it turned out really nice but not as nice as this one, it was my very first attempt at anything like that. How did you get your pillars to stand so nicely. Was it hard to move it as I am suppose to make another this week

@valeriemitsuishi the turrets, or towers... are plastic premade from wilton... they sell it in all the craftstores, you name it, michaels or so... then what you need is to decorate it (icing or fondant) and built up on your cakes... that usually is 2 tier cake...
