This is something that has been forgotten by everyone, not that it ever got attention before it and many other ancient sites were inundated with water because of the Attaturk dam. This place is gone for good. It was hard to find pictures of this place because there aren't that many on the Internet.

Must have had some proof of a highly civilised society, when we are all taught around the world we were just cave men in those days 'hunter gatherers'. so they demolished it. Very strange as alot of the ancient monuments are incorrectly dated. Almost like the elite are trying to hide the truth of where we come from.

Not to jump on the tinfoil bandwagon but it seems that these sites are being kept out of the public eye. The wars surrounding Gobleki Teppe certainly get more attention than these sorts of paradigm shifting ancient sites of high culture that go against the grain of most academic theory.

Graham Hancock and others have talked about the possibility of a civilization that may have built the Great Pyramids and other structures long before 2500 BC, but Egyptologists and scientists say "where is the evidence of a civilization that old?" Well, this looks like one peice of evidence, and it is disturbing that it and other sites can be flooded, and the investigators aren't even releasing photos! Thanks for finding these!
