The hcg protocol is becoming more and more popular, but many people find it hard to stay on course when eating out.. If you work or own a restaurant in an area the protocol is heavily advertised - be a part of the solution !!! Please consider posting a few recipes online as well as offering a few on your menu.

The restrictions:
Lunch & Dinner: 100 grams of veal, beef, chicken breast, fresh white fish, lobster, crab, or shrimp. All visible fat must be carefully removed before cooking, and the meat must be weighed raw. It must be boiled or grilled without additional fat. Salmon, eel, tuna, herring, dried or pickled fish are not allowed.
One type of vegetable only to be chosen from the following: spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage.
One breadstick (grissino) or one Melba toast. An apple or a handful of strawberries or one-half grapefruit.
Dinner : The same four choices as lunch.
The juice of one lemon daily is allowed for all purposes. Salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard powder, garlic, sweet basil, parsley, thyme, majoram, etc. may be used for seasoning, but no oil **, butter or dressing.
(extra virgin coconut oil may be used for stir fry or as part of an oil & vinegar salad dressing)
Tea, coffee, plain water, or mineral water are the only drinks allowed, but they may be taken in any quantity and at all times.
Stir fry, new and different chicken breast or lean beef recipes, salad wraps, etc. Show us what you've got.
Well - I guess the thought was just a little ahead of it's time... Fox just aired a segment showing delis and food prep services catering to those on protocol, a food prep/delivery service stated 15% of their clients are on hCG.. so apparently has started to take flight.

Thought someone should at least make a request. Sure it's a long shot but thought it'd be great if a few independent restaurants respond. As they say, never hurts to ask, didn't seem like anyone had.
