i bought one should arrive May 1, its the area 51 but the only thing i upgraaded was the ram will this card play games? the single 512mb nvidia geforce 9800gt?

I agree with you on that, my cousin called into alienware because his auroa was acting up and the guy in customer service had no idea what he was talking about, he tried to convince him to buy a brand new one, two days later he took it to a repair shop and within a couple hours they had it running better than new.

Better hop eit never breaks. Alienware has the worst customer service on the planet. Theyve been reported to the Better Business Bureau so many times lolol

couldnt agree with u more....their customer service is a load of nonsense as ive had to speak to them in the early stages a few time..and now i dont bother phoning as i know it wont help at all lol

the customer service is shit, i think its in like bombay india, Its indian people with names like Amy and Bob, bunch of bullshit, cant understand half the time what i am asking them

agreed the customer service is terrible....but ive never had an indian person on the phone....i have had foreign people and people from over here.....to be honest i just think all the support team just dont have a lot of knowledge about alienware and computers in general....they probably are just asked if they know what a computer is ...if the answer is yes then they get the job lol
