  • @emoaznviolinist Thank you so much! Josephine has been treated unfairly by some historians. It was a pleasure to present HER side of the story. I'm so glad you enjoyed it. Happy New Year -- and keep on writing. Cheers! Sandra Gulland

  • Hi Mrs. Gulland! I recently read your novel, "The Many Lives and Secret Sorrows of Josephine B." and it was just an INCREDIBLE book. We just learned about the French Revolution in class and watched a brief clip about Napoleon's personal life, and I was convinced that his wife was a heartless woman who never understood Napoleon's love for her. I guess I'll have to find out in the next book of the series, but I'm glad I see a whole new side of Rose. I love to write myself and I loved the clip!
