hello racegrooves!. my mail containing a motorola bravo phone was stolen and for that wait they replaced a dove soap ! :-( , i am very mucy saddened !. do you have any idea how could happen?? and do u recommend usps for shipping international??

@MrDaleJr2011 No, there are hundreds of mail processing facilities in the U.S. The USPS processes over 600 million pieces of mail a day. That is way more than one facility could handle =)

My bus driver used to be the postal general. Now that he's retired, I use USPS all the time to help contribute to his retirement funds.

I would really like to know how much mail gets lost...many things ive sent never made it to the other side. Are they ever found? And if so what is done?

@MissPinkPanther222 Please note that I am not authorized to speak on behalf of the USPS. But some situations that could happen is that the mail gets delivered to the wrong address and is not returned. It could wind up stuck in a magazine and that person didn't realize it and it is thrown away. It could wind up in loose empty equipment that is stored elsewhere and not found for years. But since it was lost, we wouldn't know what happened to it. If we did, then we could get it back for you =)
