Clean Energy Durham's unique, neighborhood-based model helps individuals and neighborhoods all across Durham save energy, save money, and build community. In four years Clean Energy Durham has worked in more than thirty neighborhoods, trained Super Trainers and other volunteers from all over town to help lead neighborhood-based energy education workshops, helped individuals save money on their power bills, and helped neighbors connect with others in their neighborhood. Our goal is to identify individuals who are interested in learning how to save money, save energy, and work together, and then teach them simple, low-cost ways to do all three.
