Wifi R4i 3DS card (www.r4i-sdhc.com) is firmware upgraded for 3DS system Ver 4.2.0-9.
Process:
1. Download official kernel V1.59b; 2. Install kernel into root directory of memory card formatted into FAT32; 3. Boot into R4i-SDHC homepage and press Config/upgrade/start to start the firmware upgrade

I do not recommend to format your console, which may damage your dsi. You'd better find another console to do this upgrade.

it is the same r4i but even with the new software it doesn't work on my dsi could Factory reset remove the updates? apparently if you access the dsi shop an update stops your dsi from using the r4i

i sold my ds lite and i idioticly updated my dsi to the newest version is there any way to change this on the dsi say does formatting ti work?

Please have your r4i sdhc 3ds card firmware updated for system V4.3.0-10 before having your ds console system updated.

I just Updated my 3ds to 4.3 and it gives me the same problem shown in the video, thing is, I dont have a second ds available. Is there any other way, to update my r4 card without using a second DS?
