They hate each other, their ideologies are completely opposed to each other, and they regularly have street fights (at least over here in Europe). Again, the Nazis are nationalist and racist, while communists/socialists are internationalist. And of course communists/socialists were put into concentration camps because they were communists/socialists. They were Hitlers worst political enemies, learn your history.

And so your saying they called themselves the National Socialist Workers party when Socialism was very popular but they werent ACTUALLY socialist? Yeah right...thats great logic there when before they started taking jews off to concentration camps they first took their wealth for germany...

The Nazi Party was called "National Socialist German Workers' Party", and they only put the "Socialist" and the "Workers'" in there because socialism was very popular at the time. In truth, the Nazis had nothing to do with socialism. Socialism is always internationalist, while the Nazis were nationalist and racist. Socialists and communists were the first people that were put into concentration camps by the Nazis.

@cameltoejoe69 No, that's state socialism, or as some say state capitalism. True socialism is when the means of production are owned collectively and controlled democratically by the people. Also, it's supposed to be a decentralized planned economy, i.e. worker cooperatives, small communes etc., and it means that workers will no longer be exploited by the capitalist class and will finally receive the full value of what they produce. Socialism is not the end of freedom, but the extension of it.
