I appreciate you making this, but without any commentary in the video about what's happening, it's hard to follow along with. I think I'll have to look elsewhere to figure out what you're actually doing. I was hoping there was just a "crop" function somewhere in premiere but this looks ridiculously complicated. oh well.

do you know how to create the conan o'brian effect? its when you have a still image like Arnold Schwartsineger and you crop out his mouth and insert a different mouth in real time to be used for mock interviews during talk shows.
