some video from Occupy Oakland, the night of 10/25/11 when we faced violent riot police and we did it peacefully! then the night after when we reclaimed the park with over 1600 peaceful protesters. police from 16/17 different departments took part in this horrible act and STILL in other cities like denver police "IN RIOT GEAR" used RUBBER BULLETS! when USMC Vet Scott Olsen is in the hospital with a cracked skull and in bad condition "can't talk" with brain swelling. how can they continue to use this crap after what happened and on peaceful protesters no less. stop trying to take away our right to assemble and you wont need rubber bullets! remember police your the 99% as well. when i marched with over 250 thousand people in SF against the 2nd Iraq war, NEVER did I see ONE cop in riot gear! EVER! the occupy wall street protests ARE peaceful! yes, in every crowd there is a trouble maker. but 1% of trouble makers do not warrant these responses! we will deal with them, you "the police" just relax in regular uniforms and do your job. don't try to take our right to assemble away, just arrest the 1% of trouble makers that we point out to you! thank you, have a nice day/night. {side note, youtube would NOT let me "Tag" the word police brutality, or brutality by police. it kept taking the word police out. but it WOULD let me Tag the words riot police peaceful protesters. that makes it sound like riot police were peaceful. so i put a VS in as a disconnect...}
