But he did add drums. Back in the golden days of hip hop all they had in the rough was a turntable. All a turntable could do is loop. They would loop the best part of the record they were playing. They made most of what they had in a instrument. But now days hip hop still do it but add and layer it with other instruments if they want to. People who have been sampled loved the idea too.
