i have two shibas. one tolerates water and the other doesn't mind it to much but they've never seen snow. where do u live? that's a lot on snow.

They can handle just about anything but they are double coated, so can handle cooler weather fairly well.

I think that is starting to be a myth for a lot of Shibas. I know many that LOVE the water! Sushi, on the other hand, isn't exposed to it very often, so he kind of acts like he doesn't know what to do around it, lol.
