I really liked the consistency in each testimonial in that each person stressed the time convenience for training Chi Kung, the energy they felt afterwards. I know that when I do my stretching chi kung first and then the standing, I feel like that one girl said, clean, full of fresh air, oxygenized, energized and ready to go full force into the day. Great video/testimonials. Really like watching the intensity of the Sifu training the chi kung. GREAT!

They all look like real people...except Tony Fabriguez who emits fire through his eyes towards the end of his testimonial; and Greg the chiropractic who reminds me the martial artist/actor Stevan Seagal.

I've been learning zhan zhuang for the last few months. At the time of writing I am 24. I never thought that Id feel this energetic, healthy and alive! I would pay a million pounds for what I am learning. I feel so lucky to be learning it for the price of some paper back books and a couple of workshops.
