On the way back from Perú, I had to spend about five hours in Lima's airport and noticed that they have a "Smoking Bar" in the international terminal with most of the same stuff: air filters, a/c, etc. It was one of only two restaurants in which one can sit down, and it seemed to be fairly popular. Seems like a good idea to me.

in spain we have those in the airport now too, but they have open roof and no air conditioning
