Access to this area when after traveling across the bridge into New Hampshire from Vermont from exit 8 on interstate 91 is to make a left onto 12A North, then make your first left, the road dead ends, park there and take the trail that leads under the bridge and continue on the trail at the high point under the bridge away from the river to where the two rivers converge. Be sure to bring live bait, and cast your baits at the outer most part of the Sugar Rivers mouth so as not to be in the strong current of the Connecticut River
