like you, i have also had achilles tendon surgery (april 10,09). after 2 weeks, they gave me a new cast. today (4 weeks post op) they removed the sutures and repositioned my ankle to more of a 90 degree angle. so far, this is the worst of the pain for me, its different than the days immediatley following the surgery, that pain is kind of expected and i had some good pain medication also. take care, be easy on the crutches if thats how you travel, and good luck
I really liked your channel and this video. If you need any help getting this video exposed I use a site called tubeviews.(net) It has really helped like 20 of my main videos get to the top in position. Its nice.
I feel your pain Todd. I tore the labrum ligament in my shoulder and had surgery in Sept. I'm now almost 8 months out from surgery and I'm still in PT 3 days a week. I never stopped longer than about 3 weeks (due the crazy amount of pain) and it's only made me stronger and more grateful. Keep it rockin! Godspeed on the recovery.
DUDE! Hate it for ya, you are correct though, you have got to just (to coin a phrase) DO IT! Prayin for ya, and a speedy recovery. You are awesome, broken or not! Take it easy.
