In this video, Cobus show the DrumLessons.com community a unique and flashy way of playing a double stroke sweep around the drum-set. Cobus plays this pattern using 32nd note doubles between the hand and foot (feet). You can choose to use a double pedal if you're struggling maintaining the fast double strokes with one foot.

  • lol any tenor marchers (REPRESENT!) will be able to do the sweeps easily!!

  • I don't see myself using this technique... I'd rather just use two hands. Good advice though.
