even for a fake ball, when this kids older and using a real one...fuck...might not be as good of movement but it wont be far off

I'm a catcher, so I don't pitch; (duh) but it works for me from a cather's point of view to practice the pitches you will be recieving so you can get a better understanding of what each pitch is going to do. :)

With the screwball, you actually want to hold it like a curveball, but you want to turn your hand to where the back of your hand is facing you. It is difficult to master but if you practice with a real ball, thats how you would throw it....and the submarine pitch is NOT a pitch. It is a pitching motion. Its not a type of pitch.
