The Sky Pushing move at the beginning and the end: arms must be fully turned and pushed out and up as much as possible. Other moves can be taken as casual and relax as possible, even during chatting or watching TV. But there should be magnetic energy feeling between hands and fingers, and this feeling should be increased and becoming more intensive during practice time after time.

According to Master Suh, this Qi Gong need to be practiced every single day and 3 months in a row. The base line benefit of it is that it improves human body's physical condition. After constant practice, your body will become much heathier and will not be able to catch any light disease such as flu etc anymore.

Be aware that every time after you have done all the moves, all the energy gates around your body are opened, any wind must be avoided since it will bring negative energy into ur body easily at this moment.

music is from the OST of The Long Journey to Japan

  • its all been almost free. he s my taekwondo master, qi gong training with him just something extra.

  • I learned Xiang Gong from a Chinese master in 1994. Master was very traditional; this guy is sloppy and violates most of the principles I learned in Master's class. The way Master Suh does this, stiff and rigid, putting his hands behind his back, doing the practice his way would be much less effective. I know that the way I was taught gets amazing results.

My Sifu says, "The guy could be from Tibet, London or Laurel, Mississippi. It doesn't matter. His technique is either right or it's wrong."

  • every single master believes his or her technique is the best. i dont blame them.

  • as magnetic as taking your money!!

  • This is Xiang Gong with a few minute differences.Master Suh must be from the tibeten Mi Zong sect? it said thats where xiang gong orginated from.I would love to know more about Master Suh

  • I actually have my own study of Qi Gong and it is unfortunately since I haven't read the next page of it but I will read them soon if my Asthma treated earlier because the Qi GOng study of mine requires a good breathing for focusing on special techniques. That practices method of yours are more easy and have made my two hands more magnectic than before. After 2 days, my both arms are more magnetic as well. I had unusual feeling and very strange!

  • Is there a Web site that features more information on this topic? If so, please post it. Thanks.
