I actually have my own study of Qi Gong and it is unfortunately since I haven't read the next page of it but I will read them soon if my Asthma treated earlier because the Qi GOng study of mine requires a good breathing for focusing on special techniques. That practices method of yours are more easy and have made my two hands more magnectic than before. After 2 days, my both arms are more magnetic as well. I had unusual feeling and very strange!

I learned Xiang Gong from a Chinese master in 1994. Master was very traditional; this guy is sloppy and violates most of the principles I learned in Master's class. The way Master Suh does this, stiff and rigid, putting his hands behind his back, doing the practice his way would be much less effective. I know that the way I was taught gets amazing results.
My Sifu says, "The guy could be from Tibet, London or Laurel, Mississippi. It doesn't matter. His technique is either right or it's wrong."

every single master believes his or her technique is the best. i dont blame them.
