After losing to Cut Man once before, Cuts Man was upgraded by Dr. Wily with a new weapon, better defemse, and a higher jump. Cut Man recived a new weapon, the Shot Cutter, from Dr. Light. With the two versions of the same robot upgraded, who will win? This may be a rivalry like Mega Man and Bass.
