Dang that's loud! I'm gonna guess 85 decibals.

hey! hey! calm down, the SD300 and GENT have so much in common. Anyway, smoke detectors go off when smoke passes through the chamber, hits a red beam and it sets off, its not unsafe aswell as some people think it is, besides, my fire alarm/smoke alarm is perfectly safe, this alarm is safe. Compare this alarm to a Kiddie400, those 2 have gradualation technology between them

Why'd you block me?

Hey Federal3t22, why am I blocked from commenting your vids? There cool.
-
it's perfictly safe. Besides when they're tested usually a certified fire alarm tech would do it. Plus in most states a system smoke detector has to pass a smoke test. A tech, or maybe even someone working for hte FD would spray a certain amount of canned smoke into it.

It seems pretty unsafe to make it like that... they're not tested enough as it is without making them more inconvenient to test than having a nice easy button to press. It's just a smoke detector, so you would think that it wouldn't be maliciously used, and even if it were, it'd just be the kids or something, so you can just tell them off or whatever.

Why were you watching it anyway? You don't really seem interested...
-
Oh my. New fire alam technology these days discourage a lot of things.
-
the test button is in that "hole". This si done to discourage just anyone from pressing it.

Hey! Why are you being so rude to him? I''m sure there is a reason that he is using a screw driver like the button broke off!
Why do you have a screwdriver wedged into it?
