Hindraf Rally Video Pt 7

This man in red is Kumaran from Penang.

He was arrested early in the morning while sitting at a bus stop. He claimed that he was unlawfully arrested as the office who arrested him did not tell him the reason why he was arrested.

What is ridiculous here is that the police seemed to arrest any Indian on the street whether they are participating in the Hindraf protest or not.

My argument is that even if they are going to participate, they should not simple arrest people without following proper procedure!
