this makes me smile thinking about all the times I've blazed down limits of wild birds within minutes of legal shooting light at sunrise. Cool air, good scenting conditions, tight birds.... humane harvest, great memories.

from what i know about mondtal he is not from a kennel, bill used to have a website but its not up anymore. the type of birds used in the BDC are chuckers, and im not sure what you mean by "how long before the test were they out on the field"

If you are asking how long you have to wait before going into the field? I have waited in the blind area with a dog on leash for upwards to an hour. Mondtal is a GREAT DOG! I loved watching him run.
