  • From what I discovered, the light novel isn't even completed yet -_-(It's up to the part where the anime ended) which absolutely pisses me off. If the novel itself were actually completed I imagine the anime would've continued. That said, the anime did actually skip some parts(for example, the Church is much more active in the manga) and did cheapen it a little. But I for one, hearted this series. I thought it was the next Madoka and it will be...when they finish the series that is!

  • @Superhero18 It will take A DAMN FREAKING LOT for any show to become the next Madoka, and... ITNKU just doesn't cut it unfortunately, no matter how awesome a second season might be... the 1st 5 minutes of PMMM were already better than the whole ITNKU series =_=

Still <3 this song though XD

  • @PMilk151 To me, what made PMMM so awesome was the depth and the amount of detail packed into episodes(as such, despite it being a mini series it already surpassed Naruto, Pokemon, YYH, DBZ, ETC. Singlehandedly becoming the best anime title of all time). Itsuka Tenma no Kuro Usagi has a similar depth in it's story(as well as simplicity so people can relate to it) And I'd say there's a similar amount of action involved. ITNKU's flaw might be it's too simplistic. IE:Meowka, just say

  • @Superhero18 Meowka was AWZOM!!! :p

I'll agree, Itsuka Tenma had an amazing depth in its background, but... the story unfortunately never went very deep. It was trying, but it never managed to... too much focus on fanservice, and a horribly generic "save the damshel(s) in distress" story...

I personally suggest "Kore wa Zombie Desuka" over this... similar setting, a lot less deep and serious, but better when it comes to both comedy and action.

But this vid is about the song, so who cares:p

  • @PMilk151 Lol, we definately have different tastes. After a while searching for the next Madoka(among the new anime releases lol) I eventually got to Kore Wa Zombie Desu Ka, I was turned off by the setting of the first episode. It looked like they were trying too hard with the comedy relief and I didn't get the sense of a story. I'll agree, the most compelling part of the story was the Prophecy and Hinata's desire to revive Ba'Alskra. Unfortunately, the main story wasn't developed

  • @Superhero18 It does get much more serious after episode 1 (not that much really, but compaired to 1st ep it's a big difference)

  • ITSUTEN ANIME FINAL WORD

Music, Animation, Design, VA, Characters, Raw Material- A

    Presentation- F

I've read LOLHeros by the same author and frankly I was expecting a lot from Itsuten. I decided though to watch the anime first without reading the light novels. MISTAKE! The anime was horrendous! I had a feeling though that there was a good story buried there, so I started to read the novels anyway. And sure enough I was right; Kagami Takaya wrote a great series, but ZECKS just butchered it.

  • Everytime I search "best anime ost" on youtube I find something awesome. Thank you.

  • @Superhero18 himeas love wasn't unrequited. Haruka's was. If you look up the manga online and get to the last volume of the 3 she and taito kiss. And taito says he loves himea at least 2 times. The manga and the light novels are way better than the anime.

  • Not only rare epic this ost represents a epitomph fantasy compared to whole anime

  • @RoxKing53 =_=

  • season 2 coming out soon in 2012 (:

  • That one disliker just has no taste in music -_-.

  • Hmm, well I'll give the anime a watch first but I think I'll still check out the manga/light novels after even if I don't like it. We'll see. To me these character designs are very nice but since they mirror the artstyles I like and I don't know anything about these characters I'm pretty bias. xD

  • Freaking EPIC

  • that anime for this absolutly downgrades the manga, ive just started reading it and its already 10x better than the anime, and i hate how they lolified all the characters in the anime -.-

  • This song made me wanna watch the anime, but it ended up being similar to Dream Eater Merry, so I didn't like it very much. They could have done so much better at creating drama, and if they wanted it to be a comedy series, then they should have made it funnier.

In any case, this song remains as awesome as it was when it was first released.

  • Well I'll agree that the anime for Itsuka Tenma no Kuro Usagi needed a lot of work but from what I've read of the Manga, which is everything that has been translated, it is much better in just about every aspect IMO.

  • And I'll agree that the "save the damshel(s) in distress" plot was too overly simplistic. It's cute at first between Taito and Himea, but their relationship has to actually develop into something. That's why Himea's Bliss Spell activated in the first place, deep down inside she knew her love for Taito was unrequited. And when your story focuses on the same thing over and over,it loses flair and originality. And IMO an anime needs to keep a little bit of that in order to be good

  • @Pmilk151 a random word and a spell will come out of no where. If there were actual incantations and a rhyme to the spells, it'd make it better. But IMO just a mere declaration of your "spell" or "attack" is for second-rate animes, and ITNKU has way too much potential for that. The big thing that sold me on ITNKU was the end of Episode 1, as Taito remembers his promise and laments the pain caused to his love Saitohimea, this song plays. It was like something of Romeo X Juliet.

  • @Byabble I think I can agree with that XD this song and the artwork were the only good parts of the series, unfortunately.
