@3l3ph4ntm4ul3rz You will need Sony Vegas. First take a clip and copy it. Add another video track and put the copied clip above the other clip ( its the same clip u have copied from ). Go to cookie cutter and chose square center white boarder. Put it on the clip above. Then increase the "repeat x" to the fullest. In the big white box under the colour thing in the cookie cutter effect there is a gray square that u can move. Add Colour Corrector Secondary to the clip and its finish :3
