DIY Audio Note M7 Preamp

My new preamp, boxes are made of plastic! Sound is rich and smooth, saxes have lots of bite! Circuit is modified from Audio Note M7 preamp using 5687 tube for signal and 6X4 for rectifier. Both power and filament trans are Hammond made. LED displays B+ voltage.

hello there akula98, can i ask if you are using lite's ls-10 and lsdy kits for your m7 diy?

I wired it point-to-point following circuit drawing, not using ls10. But I have used lite's ls9 and TDA 7294 boards in other projects, they work beautifully :)

@carlosralph777 There is no relation between Audio Note gear and Chinese crap, the amount of research that goes into transformers, inductors, wire, caps,resistors, switches is incredible and uncopyable without decades of work and the patronage of some of the world's wealthiest people.
