I don't quite understand why Martin would open with the line Some ugly dicks out there; it just brings out hecklers. Having said that I think Martin did a great job of shutting up the heckler.

Martin had to be drunk or high to open with a line like that (A seasoned comedian will not leave himself open to the audience like that) and then the following sentence, before he gets cut off by "how do you know" is telling because he realized he slipped up and tries to recover. Other statements throughout the video just confirm it. He may have gone the way of Eddie Murphy : (
