The third video in a series of anime clips revealing a lesson about life. This clips is from episode thirty of Rurouni Kenshin. Set during the Meiji Era, Japan is trying to establish a stable government. In desperation, the Secretary of the Interior Okubo Toshimichi has come to request that Himura Kenshin assassinate a threat to the peace of the nation. In this clip, Okubo speaks of the struggle to establish a functioning government. The statement reverberates the same truth as the current situation in Iraq and Afghanistan along with a history of other nations across the world. The end of war is not the end of revolution. Revolution is only complete with the establishment of a solid foundation for a nation. This video complies with Fair Use based on the clear point made about establishing a new government.
