You want an example of free fall speed?? Just look at the columns falling away. THAT is free fall speed. Did the tower fall as fast as those individual columns?? Not even close. All you need is a pair of eyes and a slight bit of common sense to see the variations in terms of the collapse. That column was on the ground before the initial energy of the collapse hit the 30th floor.

Proof is in the 90 degree angles visible in partial staircase of FOIA film before torches were on scene.
