I lived in St. Maarten for 6 years and you always knew who the tourist were! lol The locals were the smart one taking cover, the tourist were the ones standing in the sand blast zone (which is extremely painful) taking pictures or holding onto the fence. HAHAHA I always enjoyed watching these people. :D
