Aussie boy/girl band The Chantoozies and the video for their top 10 hit 'Wanna Be Up' from 1988.

This clip comes from an old VHS video tape that I used to record music videos on during the late 80's. I wasn't very quick with the record button, hence the start of the song being cut off.
