1968 Mack R608F Pumper, former St. Louis City FD Engine 32 from the Grand at Gravois Station. It later served as X32 (Reserve 32) out of 7th & Shen. It served in front-line service until 1987, then reserve service until 1992. After 1992, it was transferred to St. Louis City Parks Dept. for use to flush the riverfront after high water. It was sold in 2000, then bought by me in 2010. There were 11 identical R608F's bought by the city in 1968, representing the first order for them from Mack. These R608F's were the last commercial cab pumpers purchased by St. Louis and the last pumpers that required firefighters to ride the tailboard.
