Guinan's Pub and Country Store-Last Day 1-31-08

Guinan's Closed it's doors to the public on 1-31-08 and I'm posting this video on 2-07-08, it's been a week now. This morning, I went down to Garrison's Landing (it's location) to take some photos of the Hudson (it was a gorgeous, introspective, foggy day, the kind of day when in my opinion, the Mighty Hudson looks the most magnificent and dignified.) I got a very sick feeling right in the pit of my stomach when I walked up to the front door of Guinan's half expecting to waltz right in and get my obligatory large cup of morning coffee, sadly, all that was there to greet me, was silence and stillness, "Closed" read the door.
