@fontainme1 I 100% agree! It is also one of those tracks that is uplifting, yet with undertones of melancholy. Thank goodness this track wasn't ruined by being played to death commercially!

I've got this version and the vocal version on vinyl somewhere in my garage!

I believe we were worshipping together in our church-one of
music,love and acceptance.
I also believe that it's no coincidence that people in their 30's and 40's are
finding this music again.
The world needs people dancing and vibe-ing out in positive,spiritually uplifting
ways. Feels like I've found a part of myself again :)

with or without the vocals the haunting melody of this tune will always send me back to a time of love, happiness and thinking that everyone you met in a nightclub was the dogs bollox. Still sends shivers down my spine 20 years later, for gods sake somebody please give dance music it's soul back and the love it portayed. No doubts the drugs helped but they weren't the main source of the good times we all, those you can remember at least. To those that were there love to you all.

I discovered this on a local pirate station back in the ealy 90s. This is the best version. I'm not so keen on the vocal version.

This song breaks my heart a little. I once read an interview where John Densmoore of the doors said he was sad because he knows he will never get that feeling again that he got when playing on stage with Jim Morrison. I know I will never be able to feel again what I did during these times, what a wonderful time, but also makes me a little sad.
