To get Bella and Mortimer you need to go to Bella Bachelor's house (she is a child) and make her meet with Mortimer Goth (who's also a child) marry them and move in and u have Bella and Mortimer Goth, Bachelor is Bella Goth, maiden name, they're all the right people just set before Sims 2.

@OMGsImS I wasn't sure I only bothered with them when I seen Bella as a young adult or somewhere there, by then they didn't know each other as best friends.
