The classic Korg M1 piano was widely used in Italo Dance / House in the early 1990s. Apologies for the "pops" in a couple of spots of the video. Dirty contact in the Akai I think it was.

The Juno bass at the start, is that going through a Comp/EQ? sounds thicker than I expected!

The mixed track has very light compressor, but nop, no EQ on the Juno bass... the Juno's PWM yields a pretty fat sound

Yes, version 1.3 of the S1000 O.S. introduced Time Stretch (and also Sample Start via Velocity Control) in 1989 IIANM. Also, the S1000 was one of the first mainstream samplers to feature stereo sampling, it was a real revolution back then. I remember wanting one SO badly, but was too expensive for me (university student at the time). I remember going to a studio in the early '90s, they had several S1000s, and my jaws dropped when the engineer sampled in stereo (I was used to W-30 mono sampling)

Love your music as usual. The beat reminds me of Technotronic.

You are very talented, I had to use a Sequencer. Couldn't pull it off for real. Would be all over place.

I had an Emulator & Emax + EMAX 2 & they had similar piano sound to Korg M1. Was great for dance.

thanks. My Juno 60 must need a recap or calibration or something because no matter how I set it doesn't sound quite that thick/deep. Think my sub osc may be off spec.
