r&c up ur arsenal is the third, and in my opinion one of the best, r&c game/s. The new one is called r&c a crack in time. And i dont think its out anyway.

i suppose the third possibility is that Nefarius captured clank and force him to perform his fanscript of secret agent clank; as nefarius was the #1 fan of it back in the third game. ;D
