Ryan Burke pleaded guilty in Jackson County Circuit Court Dec. 4, 2007, to murdering his disabled wife in 2006. A judge sentenced him to life in prison.
If he was having problems with his wife, he should have divorced her. He didn't have to kill her. My heart goes out to her loved ones, especially her kids.
ahh... now he is crying? for what because he got caught? what a coward he deserves the death penalty why should the taxpayers foot the bill for this monster.
imo low self-esteem, insecurance and lack of self-confidence are behind most of serious crimes. so my question is: how can human is suppose to learn to be a better person inside of small sell room within hostile environment if goal is to rehabilitate?
If long term goal is not rehabilitate, then only reasonable measure is either some kind of therapy, releasing with penalty or killing the criminal, despite the crime. and i really do mean no matter what the crime is(!).
i dont think prisons purpose is really to rehabilitate victims as penalise systems all over the world claims. perhaps it would be too shocking to admit that long sentence convicts are beeing tortured in prisons by locking them up.....FOR LIFE! and that doesn't do any good for anything.

There is no excuse for taking an innocent life. This man deserves a life behind bars.
