  • Thank you McConnell for your closing statement, we're closing Gitmo, but really what is this administration going to do with the prisoners I don't event think they know what to do with them, but they want to close Gitmo because it would be politically incorrect not to shut it down.

  • The GOP has no credibility on the issue of fiscal responsibility. They want the American people to forget the eight years of the Bush Administration and the RECORD deficit under him. Interestingly enough, the GOP only became "concerned" about deficits on 1/20/09.

  • the prisons are already there-your argument is invalid.

ask any of those governors if they would like the federal funding it takes to keep gitmo open redirected to their states-it is far less expensive to add a a few dozen prisoners to our current prison system then it is to keep an overseas prison open.

  • Dear Mikemikemofo,

Because no respecting governor wants the prions in there states. =/

  • we dont want them here!!!

  • dear republican leader,

why does it sound like you want to keep guantanamo open?
