  • I appreciate all of the comments and advice.

  • I am the interviewer and my little girl is ready to be in a booster seat. Thanks for stopping by.

  • Hi, thanks for doing this spot on the Oobr!

I did have a comment. During the course of the interview you mentioned your 'toddler' in a booster seat.

Kids should not be in boosters before 4 years and 40 pounds. After that physical maturity comes into play. You mentioned she slumps forward in the seat, which is a huge indicator that *even* if she's 4/40, a booster isn't an option. I'm a Child Passenger Safety Technician and that's the best advice I can give you :)

  • Perhaps it's just terminology, but you refered to her as a toddler. I consider a toddler a child that is 3 and younger. A 3 year old is far too young to be in a booster seat. A child under 4 and 40 lbs is far safer in a 5 point harness than in a booster seat.

  • What an awesome booster! I won't be able to purchase this for quite awhile though because my kids are only 3 and 4 years old. A five point harness seat is far more safer than a booster for them right now.

  • If the interviewer's child can still be referred to as a TODDLER than s/he should more than likely not even be in a booster to begin with. Eagerly awaiting the Oober though to see if it's all the hype!
