When this aired, I was so thrilled to see Marcy win & I was so happy for her! When I watch this clip now, it still makes me happy & the clip still gives me chills because of their great acting.

Santa Barbara was eight years of daytime TV magic that probably will never be duplicated. The whole cast, stories, sets were all winners. We will never see such an ensemble again. All their Emmys were so well deserved. Just goes to show that creativity can exist in daytime. BRAVO!
