MUCH worse than the Rob Davison shot....that was a bad bounce. As others said here, all Toskala needs to do was NOTHING!

I was at this game right behind Toskala in section 226, remember thinking theres no chance that he's going to mess this save up, looked like such a harmless play absolutely hilarious what followed. My friend who is a leafs fan was pretty devastated. Most leafs fans were gone from this game by the middle of the third.

@Magikmike39 Did you forget the Original Toskala fail? The one against Edmonton where he tried to come out and play the puck after a Shark power play and Samsonov had a two foot tap in? That was a game tying goal in a pivotal playoff game as well.
No wonder San Jose got rid of that joker. Toskala fails will never stop being funny to me. Worst goalie I've ever seen and I've seen plenty of bad ones.

I am a Red Wings fan. Looking back before the start of the 2006-2007 season, after the way Toskala absolutely owned the Red Wings the previous season, I actually wanted them to sign him. I am really glad they chose Dominik Hasek over him.

This will never stop being hilarious...and the funniest part is that there was no need whatsoever for him to even touch the puck. If Toskala had just DONE NOTHING, Lydman's shot would've gone wide of the net. Epic goaltending fail!
